click the review tab, click show markup, and uncheck the comments option to hide comments. find the comment you want to delete, right click the comment, and click delete comment to delete a comment. note: if you are leaving comments for other people in word, make sure they are constructive and actionable. open the show markup dropdown menu (click on the downward facing arrow at the end) de select comments.
